So, yeah, I live in Durham now and it blows ass. I'm 23, work in RTP right now, may be going back to school in the next year or so, would like to live somewhere within 20 minutes of RTP that is closer to the downtown Raleigh/NCSU campus area.

I'm looking to find one or more fairly chill roommates that might want to sign on a house together. Nobody uptight or anything, nobody that's going to leave dead animals in the trash for a week without taking it out either though. I sometimes smoke, but have no problem keeping it outside. I'm not terribly social but drink and hang out on occasion with a few friends. I watch a lot of movies and will partake in whatever multi-player console game happens to be available, I also have a LCD projector that makes split screen gaming pretty interesting.

I haven't decided on a place yet, my main concern is that I have kind of a few computers in a rack that I'd like to stuff in a isolated area preferably on the first floor, but on the up side I've got around a terabyte of music/movies on said computers to share with more disks on the way. A garage would be nice, my car is somewhat of a beater so I don't necessarily want to park in it, but having access for repairs on cold winter nights would be excellent.

I have a house available in Trailwood Springs off Lineberry Drive, it is a few miles from NCSU and maybe 5 minutes from downtown. Just off exit 295 on 40, so it is not too far from RTP either. The house has 3/4 bedrooms, one room can be an office or a bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, nice back deck, wide driveway, and a 2 car garage. I just had renters move out a few days ago and I need to finish cleaning, other than that it is ready to go. It also comes partially furnished, couch, recliners, dining table, 6 chairs, A/V rack in livingroom all appliances included. Rent is $1200 a month for the whole house.
