1. Yes, women that size can have sex. There are even how-to's posted on the web. Fat Fetishism is real, it's out there, and a number of people indulge in it.

2. Where does any over weight person find clothing? There are entire websites devoted to clothing the super obese and it's not just t-shirts and housecoats.

3. Treadmills should be able to support that kind of weight. How on earth do you think obese people ever lose weight? No, you won't find a $100 treadmill that will hold that weight, but treadmills that do support that weight are made.
