I remember watching this when I was little... I wonder if it helped keep me open-minded about life in outerspace - I'm glad it didn't turn me into a flaming homosexual though.

awesome book. They have you read it every few years in school over in France, since there are so many ways to interpret it.

Kind of interesting, considering the author's fascination with planes/space, that he disappeared without a trace mid-flight.

i used to watch that cartoon too
and we had to read it in french class as well.
the little theater did the play version of it and i did all the crappy drawings on a projection screen, but I also got to do the posters too, so that was cool
