at the townhouses i live in nowthere's like... one of those apartment complex-style wall of like 100 mailboxes with each townhouse having its own mailboxeach of the townhouses has a separate street address (e.g. 2345235 townhouse way) that mail is addressed to... i.e. you would address a letter to me as "evan kinney, 3239525 road street, cary, nc 27513)if UPS delivers a package... where do they deliver it to? the front door?also, what about the postal service? will they deliver to the door too? or leave one of those lame slips in the mailbox?]

USPS will deliver it to your door (perhaps tucking it under the mat for the front door)UPS either keeps the package......or gives it to the apartment complex office so that you can sign for it thereit depends on the area

to the door, if usps misses you, they will usually leave a slip in your mailbox... ups/fedex either leaves the package at your door or leaves a note saying they missed you, blah blah

so they'll leave it at the clubhouse? seems kinda strange to me :\
1/4/2008 12:44:56 AM
at my old complex they would leave them at the clubhouse, and the clubhouse would put a note in your mailbox or on your door saying you had a package.... at my present complex, they just leave it at my door nearly every time]

you can tell UPS and FedEx what you want to do for your address: leave it, keep it, drop it at the clubhouse, etc

Clubhouse is most common for that type of area so it isn't sitting at the door for someone to take, and they have signature confirmation from the person in the office if it turns up missing....

again, it depends on the postman / complexit's been a lifesaver in the past for them to just leave it at the complex office. Then I can get it whenever I get home instead of waiting for a postal delivery service to open up for the day (yeah, I keep late hours)....or.....you know......you could always stop being a loser and get a girlfriend that will wait around the townhouse....sign for the package.....and receive it for you but NO NO NO....you're too busy ordering faggy tags for your car. I swear to God, if I still lives in Cary, I would come and find you.....and take a shit on the hood of your car.....then I'd put on rubber gloves, and rub a bit of fecal matter on your door handle.....so you would HAVE to touch it to open the door.

i might have to do the whole telling ups/fedex/dhl/usps where to leave it thingi mean... i live in cary off of n. harrison avenue... it's not like i'm even remotely in the ghetto or anything, rofl^i wouldn't be angry at all, in fact i would probably not be able to stop laughing due to the fact there was a black guy taking a shit on my car... pics would be taken and subsequently posted to tww. also, i would just grab a pair of gloves and open the door OR just spray the hose on it ]

when i lived at college inn they just put the shit in the office and you had to bring like an id or sumthun
