Still have my room open in Wolf Creek for a lease lasting until July. I'm moving to Mooresville for a new job and I'd really like to get somone to sublease so I don't have to pay rent in two places. The apartment and bedroom is fully furnished, washer and dryer in unit, pool, etc. Free shuttle to campus every 30 mins. No towing in complex. Ok here's incentive, I'll sublease for $300/ month- that's utilities included with an immediate move in. I'll pay the $120 a month difference in the rent.
