but i did find this in The Trading Post

My fiance and i are renting a house and our downstairs apartment will be vacant starting in january. Its a 4 BR house but the basement is a finished apartment by itself. it has its own kitchen and bathroom with a entrance from the back of the house. we have a washer and dryer in the house, but no dishwasher. the house also has no AC for when it gets warm. there is free parking for one car.

we are looking for a quiet (not many visitors) upperclassman or grad student. if you smoke, it'll have to be outside, and tidiness is a must! we'd also like to meet with you in person before setting anything in stone.

we would like $500 a month and that would include all utilities (water, heat, elec., cable, internet, and phone if you need it.)

the house is located just off of hwy 105 across from Geno's on poplar hill drive. there is an appalcart stop within walking distance on the POP105 route. if you need to drive to campus we are really close to the end of stadium drive.
