Regardless of the course, anytime I try to waitlist a course which shows its available, I get an error saying its either not available or I don't meet the restrictions. I meet the restrictions and theres definitely spots available, what gives?

What course? And waitlists are being dropped as of midnight tonight.

technically it is noon tomorrow. but they are frozen tonight at midnight.
