Order the parts, pay someone on here to build it.You will still come out way ahead, so there is no reason to overpay on some website.

Just go and do your own research on individual components. There are a number of threads here about computer building and components, but you need to do your own work.

core2 duo or quad. kinda your call. i think, and am probably wrong, but a c2d would be a little better for what you wantparting it yourself will yield slightly better overall parts than cyberpower, but their prices are pretty close to parting it from newegg i've found.
