^^^ The Logitech Harmony is great. Plug it into the computer, type in the model names of all your hardware, answer some questions about what's hooked up where, click a button and all the codes are downloaded from Logitech's website and copied to the remote automatically.

The xbox 360 version is one of their lower-end remotes. The other ones support the xbox 360, but don't include the Yellow, Green, Blue, and Red buttons (though you can map any button anywhere or select it from the onscreen menu).
