Some do, some don't. I've been told it helps with the cramping and so on every now and then. And if she's spotting and not flowing good, sex can get everything going good (may be some clotting, etc.).

During PMS, usually, their breasts swell, and they retain fluid, and sometimes their nipples do get very sensitive, so much so that it's painful to play with or suck on them. My ex used to like me to massage her b00bs because they were usually very sore. No nipple touching, though.

Mood swings? Hell yes. You figure if you had a major hormonal change or upset. It would drive you nuts.
