they ended up having a brain tumor removed a week later

i had a headache that motrin didnt fix this morning and picked up a 2pack at the little store at the bottom of the building.

i just took them and remembered about the other guy

its not a sad face, sumfoo1. it all went ok. the guy had just married into the family and they were staying the night at my house before a flight. he complained of a bad headache and asked where he could get excedrin near my house. so i went and got some for him. they left for the flight the next day, and a week later when they got back he was having emergency surgery on his dome. he came out just fine.

but hes now no longer married into the family so maybe he relapsed and died, who knows

The tumor thing is obviously unrelated- however if that massive headache was a growing aneurysm in your brain the caffeine in excedrin would be the last thing you'd want. I could see someone popping an excedrin for a really nasty headache and dying of a ruptured brain aneurysm a few minutes later.

even if its just a migraine, its money well spent to know that you dont have a ruptured aneurysm
