I used to read news articles like nobody's business, now its the same shit recycled.

I used to love message boards but nothing really catches my eye on them anymore.

I used to whore up Facebook & Myspace now I check them on rare occasions.

I get so bored sometimes I look at my online banking multiple times a day now despite knowing nothing has changed since that morning.

Its kind of pathetic really.

same here, considering how huge the internet is i find myself doing the same things over and over,
its not the internet thats the problem, its you
you need to get off the internet and find something to do
then come back and you'll realize there more to the net than just the regular stuff

My job has me in a satellite office by myself from 11-5, 5 days a week, with maybe 3-6 people total over the course of the week even coming in to talk to me.

I think thats part of the problem too. I mean there is not much else there to keep me occupied. I can kill an hour a day making follow up calls and related work but other than that there is nothing.

reading is the best. i go through a book about every 2 days or so. ive seriously considered investing in one of those kindle things from amazon.

ive got a TON of books upstairs at my parents house i need to give away too. most of them are either really girlie or sports related.

get an xbox360, and Xbox Live.
then purchase the following games
Call of Duty 4
Assasians Creed
& Halo 3

every time you find yourself idle with nothing to do online.. chat & run around with a group of random nerds from across the country, and kill some people and or aliens..
each session should kill est 1.5 hours..
