There will be a room available to rent starting January 1st (possibly earlier). The room is in a two bedroom townhouse located on Douglas St. It's on the East Village/Cup a Joes end of Hillsborough St., you can actually see the back of Cup a Joes from the back porch. Rent is $405 a month plus utilities which are normally around $100 or less per month. Room is located upstairs along with the other bedroom and a shared bathroom. Living room, dining room, and kitchen are located downstairs, with washer/dryer in basement. Preferably a male roommate, no pets allowed. Other resident is a 24 year old male, who graduated and is working in the area. Lease runs through August 1st.
