I'm looking for a roommate to share my two bedroom north raleigh townhouse located near 6 forks and lynn.. literally 15 minutes to just about anywhere (airport, downtown, ncsu)

rent is $420/mo and includes utilities (power, gas, internet)

i dont have a tv and i'm not really home enough to watch tv, so i dont have cable. if you want this we can work something out.

you'll get a bedroom (not sure of size, ~13x12 maybe) and private full bath. and use of common areas of course.
