My sister and I are both NCSU students... we are looking for a 3rd roomate starting January 1st! Our old roomate just moved out, so we need someone ASAP.
We would prefer a girl, but neat, quiet boys are acceptable as well. We would also prefer a student, as our lifestyles and schedules would mesh up pretty well together.
The house is a two story, 3 br house...you would be getting the largest room with its own bathroom and it's still only $325. we have an awesome neighborhood with a close location to NCSU and we are very pet friendly.
