also she works at "Dennys". she's also dated a guy that's been to jail before. however, she likes the place and the neighborhood and she smokes pot. "We just got done smoking a "j". i offered $600/month including utilities and a month-to-month lease.

i need the money though. should I be judgemental and diss her or let her stay and if it gets crazy or it becomes a problem just kick her out and give a months notice.

no minimum wage is 6.15 an hour and alot of the money is from tips you didn;t say if its part time or full time but lets do both and see what happens

part-time @ 20hour/week @ min. wage
6.15 * 20 = $123 a week
$123 week * 4 week = $492

full-time @ say 40 hours/week @ min. wage
simply multiply monthly by 2
$492*2 = $984 dollars a month

quite a bit o money either way managable and i dont her wages probaly closer to 8-10 if she's been there for a while full time but still after pot its gonna be a bit hard to cover rent and utilities just kick her out if she cant pay

you arent good with money because you fail to think about taxes taken out from that before it even hits your banking account. Then you also have to think, she needs food, gas and other material things. She is pushing it to make rent. only if she made a lot in tips would she be able to make rent and live on essentials.
