I am graduating in December and will be moving away from Raleigh. Need a guy to sublease with 3 other guys at Village Green.

-$440 everything included can move in Dec 20th
-located at lake wheeler and beltline (exit 297)
-minifridge, fully furnished, washer/dryer
-shuttle to campus every 30 minutes

-sorry no pets allowed
-There is a $200 fee and $35 application fee that I can probably help out with. You will just take my security deposit over.

Forgot to say that the lease would run through July 31. And we are on the 3rd floor so vaulted ceiling in the living room.
