Tell me about the technique of this 4 piece quartet. My bride will likely be walking down the isle to Canon in D and I wanted to know if these people are technically sound before hiring.

$660 for the ceremony for the quartet.

Do you have a quartet? Can you do better? Would you like to play in my wedding. PM me!

a couple of my friends made up an all physics majors string quartet at State called Planck and the Constants.

And I suppose I'll overlook this groups gross misspelling of Pachelbel.

That was forever ago. Josh gave up his principal seat because of work conflicts.

Oeuvre, contact Randy Foy at NCSU. He's a music professor at NCSU and the conductor for both the Raleigh Civic Symphony and Raleigh Chamber Orchestra. I know that when Josh was with them that it was not unusual for at least the principal players to hire themselves out for events or participate in ensembles.

I'd wanna hear something live from them before I hired them. Or at least hear from someone I trusted on what they sound like live.

their recording equip is pretty rudimentary... so I'm thinking what you hear there isn't due to digital effects...

sounds to me they have layered it with some editing software

you hear that almost echo?? like it was done in a fiberglass room...

they sound good other than that though, but i would certainly want to hear them live first...and make them do things other than that song just to be sure.

just be careful, always take a test drive

i tried to get george winston's canon in c played - i got vetoed - it's much cooler but quite a bit faster paced - although pachelbel is quite fitting (i assume they spelled it wrong on purpose...again)
