wolfcall was fucking up

so i uninstalled and deleted everything

reinstalled it all
it wouldnt work still after following all the instructions

now when I want to restart, I get the old school windows log out.....with the list of things rather than the simple three choices and three buttons, red yellow and green.
and when trying to turn the computer on, instead of the blue background with log in. it has the old school version of logging in under administrator.

everything runs fine but i dont know why its doing that or what the problems may be with this computer. if something got deleted that shouldnt have been or what

or if there was any options that were turned off in the process or turned on.

anyone, advice or even some help in fixing this shit?
