-Understanding Object Oriented Programming principles & practice
-Understanding relational database principles
-Must have some experience, academic or professional, with at least one OO programming language (Java, C++, C#, LISP, PHP5, etc.)
-Must have some experience, academic or professional, with at least one DBMS (Oracle, MySQL, PostGRE SQL, etc.)
-Experience (academic or professional) with PHP5 specifically is a big plus
-Experience with MySQL specifically is a big plus
