Neighbors are really nice and the 3 girls who live there are extremely friendly. You get your own bathroom and nice sized closet. The rent is only $315 a month and I will pay for your cable and internet! Elecricty is split four ways and normally runs between $20-30 a person (last month's bill was only $19 pr person!) Located in University Woods and is very close to NCSU.
