I was looking at my body in the mirror by chance, and im pretty toned. Not like muscular toned, but semi muscular toned. If i worked out more often i would look pretty ripped.

59.5-190 is that's technically overweight, but It all depends on how you carry it.

Nobody can really say what a normal weight is for someone else.
