Ummm I think there is a coffee shop in there... I would have thought the would put a protein shake bar there... I don't drink coffee and I def wouldnt drink coffee when i go to work out jeez :puke:

heeere we go againdo i need to go on my spiel about how not everyone works out to improve their health....and how maybe people should work on personal discipline rather than complain about coffee shops? or should i just turn around and back out of this thread
12/6/2007 9:38:13 PM
well... I wouldn't go to a gym to get coffee TBHIf I saw a place serving something at a gym, my first thought is "yea protein shakes!"
12/6/2007 9:39:32 PM
well gotta serve somethin for everyone, not everyone takes supplements
12/6/2007 9:40:16 PM
I don't take supplements but if I was a meat head I would.. and working out does not increase my appetite for coffee... maybe a water, a gatoraid but gross, vitamin water, protein bar, that goo stuff that gives you energy... but coffee?! I doubt I would walk into Peak fitness and see a coffee shop...

in an intellectual setting people need to go to classsome people have difficulty looking ahead toward a whole day of bullshit lectures/bullshit students without a little endorphin boost provided by a morning work out (who likes cranky people)its not all about losing fat and gaining musclecoffee is not evil, it makes you happybeing happy is just as much apart of wellness as shaking steel and pounding treadmills
