i get one every year when the pollen comes out

last time i went to the doctor they were like here have these nose sprays, i'm like bitch i need antibiotics but they said i didn't need them

i had to go back 3 days later and get antibiotics

i used to get them once a month because of a deviated septum. had surgery, still get them like 4 times a year

I got them all the time (3-4 times a year) because I was born with a cleft palate. They finally stopped when last year, my husband shined a flashlight in my throat and located some blue thread. Some maneuvering and a pair of scissors revealed a 20+ year old stitch that had been left in place when the cleft was repaired. A stitch that apparently just collected bacteria and just bred illness.

ive never had a sinus infection.


I use to get sick a lot when i was little. Not anymore, i rarely do now. I guess my immune system built enough defenses from back then.
