HA! I saw that dude in Qdoba for lunch yesterday with another trooper. He was joking around with the cashier trying to pay her a dollar less than what his bill was...something seemed odd about him.

A few years ago in this county a trooper was some 13 miles behind a chase and came over a hill at 110+ mph and hit and killed two 70 y.o ladies. That night all vehicles involved were removed from the county and the DOT fixed the guardrail. The trooper was later found to be grossly negligent.. not just negligent but grossly negligent... and he didn't even lose his job. Anyone else would be in prison.
