ok either heat the bowl up (assuming its glass) with a lighter and stick a paperclip through the carb hole and scrape the shit out, roll it up, dry it out, and blaze it

or...

get a ziplock bad with NAIL POLISH REMOVER (yes, acetone is the best thing) and shake shake shake it up and get all the gunk out with a q-tip through the carb and then stick it in the dishwasher

solvent with granules...cap ends...shake for a few minutes...rinse

smaller bowls for tobacco are trickier...i used to be a fan of boiling the piece and spooning out the resin chunks onto some saran wrap...got about 14 grams of resin out of one bowl one time (tobacco resin)...made a massive batch of chocolate chip cookies
