I'd like to rent it out on a weekly basis to someone traveling lightly and who will respect my house as a home and not another hotel/apartment. $150/week (+ $100 refundable deposit) would include electricity, water, wireless internet, cable, HBO and use of my large tv, washer and dryer, kitchen, and I've even got a weight bench and elliptical machine for you to use! Located near Cornwallis and 55, it's within biking distance to RTP and NCCU, and a short distance to Southpoint, Duke and UNC.
You'll be living with me and my cat, but don't worry, I vacuum frequently to clean up any hair we shed!
