they're doing a Jimmy V week on espn to raise $ and awareness for cancer research. I guess they just decided to do it this week, not sure there is any special significance.

between xmas and thanksgiving.... consider it an infomercial for helping people with cancer its sad but true people still have to be sold on helping others and this is the generous season.
