Where can i get one of those popu tv cabinets?? I have seen a couple of celebrities on MTV with them.

The usually sit at the foot of the bed and at the press of a button the flat panel lifts up out of the dresser.

I looked into this awhile back-- the cheapest I found was over $1k, which I thought was pretty rediculous. Maybe someone has made them cheaper by now, though, I dunno. Good news is, though, if you like to build stuff, there are a ton of DIY sites out there on this topic with pretty good info on where to go for actuators and motors, plans, and such.

says it can be done in three hours. plenty of dressers available on craigslist
