so my boss thought he would be slick and change the router loginof course he forgot it a week laterso now i can't make necessary changes i'd reset the thing with pleasure, but there are so many customized settings on the thing it'd take at least a day to figure it all out again.......and we can't have downtime.i hate stupid people

there is a way to get into a router even if you forget the password and be able to save the config file and again set the new password

if it's not a cisco routerchances are the configuration isn't that complicatedplus if your network is set up correctly it should grab routing tables from your other routers via RIP
