I use to regularly tan and I cannot believe that it never even occurred to me to do that in there. I was always too busy wiggling around to make sure I didn't end up with any white spots. I would sweat like a mofo in those high pressure beds and had to keep spraying down with water to keep cool.

Never. Never even occured to me and I'm 100% it'll never happen. I tan at 'Sunset Tan' and I gotta tell you, after watching the show and seeing some of the skanks that work/go in there, I'll tell ya I've thought about canceling my membership. Fortunately I go to one that is NOT on the show so I'm hoping that's because the people who DO go are too classy to be doing that kinda shit in the bed.

Tanning regularly is generally considered to be really bad for your skin unless you're going to clear up some dermatological issue.

I have a complexion that any girl would have been thrilled to have 100 years ago and I am damned proud of it. But I have been known to tan for about a month out of the year. I started going in HS around exam time just to unwind for a few minutes and get a little color for shorts season and ward off some excruciating sunburn. Now, it's almost a yearly thing.
