My laptop (inspiron 600m, hand me down from an uncle who works for dell) wont play CDs! It recognizes if I put in a blank CD but wont burn to it, but won't recognize a regular CD. This is most unfortanate. Is it something that can be fixed? I have another of this same laptop (something went wrong and it stopped charging) - is there a way I can pull out that CDrom and replace the one on this one? I don't know much about working on laptops, it makes me nervous.
