i knew you got charged for the time it's ringing if you DO answer - but i don't think they are supposed to charge you if you don't answer anymore.

nah, cause i dont answer blocked numbers or 800 numbers.. and i dont answer any non family or job type calls before 7pm. and each one counts as a minute. i never knew it. check your bills
