i'm pretty sure that you misread his sentence. It's "[trying to fucking sell (a $10 gift card) and (coupons that most people would throw away)]." not "trying to fucking sell [(a $10 gift card and coupons) that most people would throw away].
Of course we're not going to throw away the gift card.
We'd 1 - go spend it at target like we're supposed to
2 - hold on to it until we make our way to target
3 - Sell it to someone for 5-8 if we REALLY needed the cash or REALLY hated the store the card is for

and no one appreciates the ad hominem style "you live in your mom's house"

all that said, you might find someone here that'll give you something like $7 for the card and 1 coupon, but maybe not
