ya I got a good deal! the apt is big....about 870 sq ft. I am moving to Salt lake city on Jan 31,2008. But the lease is still march 2008 However can be extended for same price till the time you want....

i got locked in at the 472 price...moved in 3 days before trinity properties bought it...hey neighbor! btw this is a pretty cool place to live...really quiet, lots of foreigners(which is a good thing)...perfect place to live if you care about school
