Anyone know what was happening on Hillsborough Street early today (it still may be going on)?

It was blocked at Oberlin & Hillsborough. RPD was directing traffic away from the area, and one cop had no clue what he was doing. It was quite funny, until I had to sit there and wait 15 minutes for him to let me lane move

3^ no, it wasnt that. I've seen that before.

Today they had cones, barriers, tape, etc block the road. And then two or three civilians out there walking around talking to each other and telling the cops something about the area.

it was the old reliable run... i ran in it. it started at nash square downtown then went up person through mordecai, then back to hillsborough, around the belltower, and back to nash square.

I had to park at YMCA and hop the fence to get to work today. They didn't let any of the businesses know about this shinanagin, like they did for the race last week.
