11/11/2007 4:21:32 PM
I ran it. We had to run it for our PE 107 class. It was an experience that I'm not sure I'd want to repeat.
11/11/2007 4:52:48 PM
did you beat 55min?
11/11/2007 4:55:39 PM
yes i did my watch had 54:16, but I started it before I crossed the start line so it may have been a little better
11/11/2007 4:59:30 PM
congradulations!i had to drop the class a couple weeks ago because of a stress fracture, but i want to take it during the spring.

I was there! my time was 1:12 but it's 3 minutes faster than my previous 10k times!!! I'm proud of myself, I dug deep at the end there. There was this old lady who I'd been playing leapfrog with the whole way. She sped up on the home stretch, and I gave it my all to speed up and pass her!!!Britta 1, Old Lady 0

11/11/2007 5:30:01 PM
also I passed a kid in my class in the last couple blocksyaaaaay I wasn't the slowest!!! And I think my legs will feel alright.
11/11/2007 5:33:48 PM
^^^ funny, unfortunately i had to endure the humiliation of being passed by just about everyoneold men, old women, people walking i was surprised however when i got alot of energy for the home stretch,
11/11/2007 7:33:23 PM
Maybe you shouldn't suck so much. That's a sure fire way to stem the embarrasment.
