Shooting you would be too kind. You're obviously a sucker for punishment. How about if we just dismember you slowly with a Bojangles spork?

Just drove from Raleigh to Charleston SC with no heat.

Had to stop at Wal-Mart for some blankets.

Just push it off a cliff as long as you have good insurance.

Looked for them at Wal-Mart and could not find nothing. Where do you get them?

I can't imagine how much of a bitch a heater core would be a on a Rover. It's bad enough on most cars...

man heater core replacements are easy. maybe not for a beginner, but do a few and youll see that removing the dash is as easy as removing an engine or other large component.

Now mount you about a half dozen more cigarette lighters and get more of them. Still cheaper than a heater core.

then you will burn up the alternator HAHA

seriously though, the power wires to the factory cig. lighter arent suited to be running an appliance with high current draw (16-18g IIRC), you should add in an aftermarket power port thats fused and wired straight to the battery with at least 12g or thereabouts.

If you are implying this could start a fire that would quickly devour my Land Rover in flames I am not concerned.

If you are saying its gonna burn the wires to the cigarette lighter then I might wanna check on it.
