basically if you look at porn facebook will put porn ads up when people go to your profile. or whatever other kind of ads for whatever you do online.

it bothers me that in order to watch one video clip yesterday, i had to clikc like 3 times, and watch 2 or 3 (maybe 10 second long) mini-commercials. you know, a short one each time a new thing spawns or whatever. the commercial to content ratio on the internet has got to be at least twice as high as broadcast tvthe kinda shitty thing is that if i paid time warner and got HBO, there would be like 4 minutes of commercials per hour on average, but i pay for internet and there are ads everywhere. i understand the difference, and my eyes are pretty trained to not pay attention to the ads that adblockers miss - but theres been a huge increase in ads you cant bypass lately, and that bugs me. as made obvious by my minirant

well, we pay for cable TV also, and it still has ads.

THE OTHER DAY I BOUGHT A BOX OF CEREAL AND IT HAD THE COMAPNIES NAME RIGHT ON THE BOX

at the same time I don't want an internet regulated to provide me with "premium" ad free service

adblock FTW?
