I need an out of major graduate level class (i'm materials science and engineering). I took digital imaging already, which is a breeze by the way for anyone else in my position.
Suggestions??

there are a ton of easy math grad classes out there (and ive seen many engineering students in the ones ive taken)- try some of the calc based ones

This course focuses on the foundational principles of organic electronic and photonic devices, whose operation is fundamentally based on “soft” condensed-matter principles and materials. We will focus on current research efforts in a variety of organic devices, including flat-panel-displays (LCDs and Organic LEDs), transistor-based electronics, and solar cells. We will build from the traditional foundation of EE students in semiconductor materials and address the differences in physical properties, fabrication processes, and device limitations/advantages. Topics will include electronic transport and light emission, self-assembly and partial-order, lightwave propagation, and fabrication. A modest set of laboratory experiments will be included where students will fabricate at least two of the following devices: a single-pixel liquid crystal display, a polymer light-emitting-diode, a polymer field-effect-transistor, and an organic photovoltaic solar cell.

ST 511 . im a junior and ill be taking that. prereq is ST 311 or just being a grad student. so im guessing you've taken a basic stat course so it shouldnt be to hard.

you should take Kheyfet's General Relativity course. You will not find a better deal. Search for 700 level math courses and look for Kheyfets, I'd do it for you but I don't want to.
