I usually give the person in front of me a 3 second window to move to the new line, then I go if they don't move. If someone behind me tries to rush to the new register, I box them out with my cart.

People who drive on Avent Ferry

#1 The Speed Limit is 40 mph, thus you should be going about 45 mph, up to 50 mph. if you're going 40 mph or slower, get in the right fucking lane.

#2 The double curves require NO braking if traveling under 55mph (higher for cars).

#3 While waiting in line for a light to change, do not let traffic into/our of driveways that will either block the road if they can't enter the drive for some reason or let traffic pull out in front of you during a green light.

#4 Get in the correct lane; don't try to switch at the last moment. This means if you are in the left lane, you must go 45+ mph or you can just make a bunch of right turns until you get where you need to be.

#5 Green means go. Accelerate at a pace that allows traffic to get through the light on the same cycle, assholes.

I can totally relate. One of my roommate's is always complaining about being "too hott" in the house...and she'll turn the A/C on full-blast at like 60 when it's 50 some degrees out. I DON'T GET IT!! I mean, I'm hott-natured, but damn. And go figure, my room is the coldest one in the entire apartment. Grrrrr.
