if you're fairly young, and never been before, Panama City Beach is worth going to once in your life. They have package deals that are fairly cheap

^ My brother came over here to sweden to visit last spring break and we managed to drink our faces off. I think that he'd say it was a success. But then again, he'd been to europe a few times before so sightseeing wasnt his top priority.If youre going to do Europe, Id limit it to one (maybe two) city or region given the short amount of time. I'd imagine that you could find very cheap flights, particularly if you fly into one of the high transatlantic airports (Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London, etc).
