My girlfriend graduated in May and currently needs a female to sublease her room in Centennial Village because she is living is Durham. The lease ends at the end of July. Rent is $390/mo and includes the cost of utilities. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The two other girls that live there are both seniors at NCSU and very nice, willing to hang out or give you your privacy. They have all lived together for a year and a half. Sublease can start asap, no later than Jan 1.

Right outside of the apartment complex is a wolfline bus stop (and other public transportation bus stops). Next door: Food Lion, restaurants, tanning salon, car repair shop, etc. It's very convenient, very affordable, and very nice. (One of the roommates is in design, so the inside of the apartment is pretty awesome).
