Spanish is far more widely spoken, both globally and among people you are likely to meet in this country. Furthermore, a very large percentage of native German speakers also speak English fluently. Furthermore, I'll maintain on general principle that after WWII we earned the right to not have to bother to learn Axis languages.

Hindi is the prettiest but German is so friggin easy. Both would give you plenty of fun elective hours.
