really is bullshit trapping people on the only hill in raleigh.

go after the people who speed going uphill. theyre the ones that cause accidents.

RPD has a history of being in that zone.
other favorite spots:
Millbrook Rd between Falls of Neuse and Six Forks - the hill on that road near Quail Corners.
Brentwood Rd. 25 mph entire length, and motocycle rpd is well hid on the sidewalks.
Buffaloe Rd between New Hope and Capital @ the curve and hill. Motorcycle rpd @ one of the side streets.

I used to work in Quail Corners and my boss got pulled on that stretch like once a month
