So yesterday I got stopped for the 1st time by an ALE officer. I was walking across the street from FoodLion 2 12 packs in hand yabbing on the cellular; when all of a sudden i see this SUV serve in front of me with the this guy exiting the vehicle with a light on me.

Coincidently I was discussing making a liquor run at a later time with the girl on the phone so i hung up. Being the smart ass that I am i was like "oh you got me sir"

I saw a big smile on the ALE cops face and probably accompanied with a raging boner when he heard me. Immediately was all in my face and was like ID...

So i pulled out my ID which of course says 12/28/1984. After looking dumbfounded for a few seconds he asks if i had any thing else with my name on it. so i proceed to pull out my visa, american express card, health insurance card, student ID, etc.

The cop meanwhile looked soooo disappointed that I wasn't underage and was just like "you looked young; sorry for the inconvience" turned back around and left

we had a guy from the ALE follow us all the way back to Wolf Village two years ago after we left the ABC store at mission valley

he checked our IDs and went on his way

i had no idea they did things like that until then

1.) The demographic target age does not have much voice or power in gov't.

App ALE officers bring in those idiots by the fistfulls on game day. I was out in the raley lot a couple weeks ago with my friends and we were on the hill cause one was dj'ing for the yosef club. the ALE were parked around the corner and about ever 20 minutes you'd see one of them, dressed as described, walk by with atleast 3 or 4 underage kids behind them looking so sad.

those fucks are all over the place in greenville. I was buying beer one time at the foodlion and as I'm walking back to my car, dude jumps out from behind another car and throws the badge in my face and asks for my ID. I take it out, show it to him, and he stares at it for what seemed like five minutes until I finally say "it's real dude." he then gives it back and lets me go. I then look across the parking lot and they've got a group of kids pouring out all their beer, one by one. Fucking dickheads.

^^ actually they are very strict on members drinking and driving. Violators have to go in front of a judicial board and are possibly kicked out. Besides "new members" often fill the role as DD so that no one has to drive drunk.

So yeah i'd argue they are more responsible when it comes to drinking and driving there are probably more late 20 somethings thru 30's yr olds driving drunk from the bars on glenwood then from frat court.
