I'd estimate ~$450 going out each month.

I don't pay rent or utilities, have to buy gas at a pleasing infrequency, and so that's split up between
- cell phone bill
- paying down CC bill
- auto insurance
- money for things like coffee dates, dinners out, and going to the spa - "fun money"
- groceries
- household items
- gifts for people

I don't drink hardly at all, don't smoke, and rarely eat out these days.
