so i have gotten the blue screen of death numerous times the past few days and it is telling me the problem is bad_pool_header. I'm google-ing on it right now but I was wondering if anyone on here knows how to fix this?

last year my roommate's computer always blue screened, but only when her wireless mouse was hooked up so we just removed it when she wasn't using it and the problem was fixed. I have figured out that my cp blue screens when i try to switch wireless connections (?). I usually switch under Dell Wireless but I am wondering if I could just delete that and do it by control panel> networks and internet connections > network connections.

any ideas how to fix the blue screens and if i should try to delete the dell wireless?

thanks you

Probably not ram if it doesnt happen randomly.

if it happens every single time you try to hope wireless connections, try uninstalling and re-installing the device, or update the drivers.

the next step would be to re-install the dell wireless software (or just completely remove it and let windows handle the wireless connections.)
