the mac genius at Southpoint IS A GENIUS!

couple years ago i ran into a desk with my ipod in my pocket and the screen cracked.

i took it to the apple store and told the guy that "i turned it on and there was a spark, and then the screen cracked and this blue liquid came out."

the guy looked at the ipod for less than 30sec, looked back up at me, and said "are you sure you didn't run into a desk with it in your pockets or anything?"




i had just gotten the ipod and i didn't want to loose it so i just kept arguin with teh dude and finally the manager gave me a free ipod because of a customer service issue.

yeah its pretty easy to tell whether something was caused by physical damage or not if you know what you're looking for

^yea i know anyone could call BS on that lie, but I told myself that i was going to try my hardest to look like i knew nothing about technology and that what i said happenned really happenned.


the manager came out from the back and was like "listen, i'll give you a new ipod, not because i believe your story, but because this is a customer service issue. IF THIS IPOD BREAKS, we will not do ANYTHING for you."

so i was just like:



"we got ourselves a deal"
