I've heard mixed reviews about both, both based off grade distribution and the school tool, but was wondering if anyone had further experience with either of these 2 teachers that makes one seem better than the other?

seriously tho, his lectures are full of info and he speaks slowly and clearly.

I've always heard baliga is pretty bad from word of mouf; white, not so much.

I had Baliga and got through everything pretty easy. In my preparations for the FE, the ECE portion is probably the section the section that I need the least prep for. Well . . . it's probably second to math.
